Price, availability, and location will be deciding factors when making a
lodging choice. The lodging option provided by SW HEAT will be
optional, however please understand that once a reservation deadline
is passed, there may not be availability at that hotel. As stated in
your handbook, players and parents are responsible for their own
transportation and lodging costs for these games, as well as making
their own reservations.

Once SW HEAT host hotel reservations have been made, all
information will be posted on the website. It will then be the parent’s
responsibility to make your individual reservation with the hotel. The
hotel’s phone number, rate, and cut-off date will be posted. You will
simply call the hotel and make a reservation under our block,
HOUSTON SW HEAT, with your credit card. Please check the website
often, and pay close attention to date restrictions given. Once a
deadline has passed, rooms not reserved under our block will be
released. Accommodations and negotiated rates may not be available.
We do our best to find lodging that is convenient, reputable, and
reasonable. We would like for all of our teams to stay together,
however, reservations posted for the teams are optional. If you
choose to stay somewhere other than the SW HEAT host hotel, you
must provide your coach with all your contact and destination
information in writing before departure. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL!
