We would like to extend to you an invitation to become a part of our
premier volleyball club!
Houston Southwest HEAT Volleyball is a non-profit volleyball club that
was created in an effort to provide volleyball skills while building
competitive athletes who will compete against Houston’s finest. We
strive to teach our juniors the value of TEAMWORK; the importance of
being competitive yet staying true to MORAL VALUES; how to
communicate with authority figures and to learn to work on conflict
resolutions as young adults.
Houston Southwest HEAT Volleyball is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
volleyball club and as such, any contributions made to the club are tax
deductible (the tax deductions are retro active to the date that we
filed even before we get our official classification). Thus our members
can solicit donations from individuals, businesses and organizations in
their area to help support their club fees. Any donation made in this
manner will first be applied 100% to the player’s fees. Any excess
over the player’s fees will be applied to the club’s general operating
funds or scholarship funds, as decided by the board of directors of
Houston Southwest Heat Volleyball, Inc.
Our fees per team range from $19,800 to $24,500 and per player
from $1,980.00 to $2,450.00, depending on the age group. Your
tax-deductible contribution would help lower the cost for all of our
athletes! Our fees per player include USA Volleyball Registration,
practices, gym rental fees, training equipment, office expenses,
uniforms, tournament fees and coaches’ salaries.
Internet advertising on our website is also an option for businesses
interested in promoting their services and products while also
