UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT CAN BE PURCHASED AND DELIVERED
BY THE FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICE IN NOVEMBER OR NO LATER
THAN THE FIRST WARM-UP TOURNAMENT IN DECEMBER.

SERVING – Proper technique; work on consistency.

SETTING – All sets; hand technique; proper body position/placement;
making the right setting decisions; use of legs; jump setting.

HITTING - All positions; learn and/or improve approach; proper arm      
swing; placement; when not to jump; back row attacks.

FRONT ROW DEFENSE – Blocking; Timing; Reading the opponents;
learning when to pull off the net; covering the MB; Offense/Defense
Net transitions.

BACK ROW DEFENSE – Defense transitions; OH/RS/MB Defense;
Perimeter/Line Defense; Wing Defense; Covering tips; reading the
opposing hitters; proper positioning for passing a fast/hard driven ball.

FUNDAMENTALS – Back to the basics: Passing: Proper techniques;
positioning for each type of pass; moving to the ball; mid-line.  
Hitting: learn 3-2-1 step approaches; correct arm swing; roll shot; tips.
Serving: From underhand to overhand; body position; contacting the
ball when serving; becoming consistent; placement and power serves.
